The outage may be due to a planned maintenance update. Our regular maintenance schedule is from
5 AM to 6 AM EST on weekdays and from 10 AM to 12 PM EST on Sundays.


FECA users can access the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to utilize bill status inquiry, claimant eligibility inquiry, and medical authorization inquiry functionality 24 hours a day. To access the IVRS system, please dial (866) 335-8319.
